Construction Management

We contract with the owner in a relationship based on transparency, trust, and confidence to manage and oversee the planning, design and construction process of the project. Services include contract awards, materials procurement, cost, and schedule tracking, monitoring and reporting

Design-Build

As a sole responsible contracting entity in the design/build process, we partner with selectively chosen pre-qualified and licensed architects, engineers and other consultants as necessary for the project delivery and meet owner's specific project needs, budget and schedule.

General Contracting

We assume direct responsibility for the construction phase. The contract is awarded as result of competitive bidding and contract negotiations that may take the form of either negotiated lump sum or guaranteed maximum price. In both cases, we guarantee both the cost and schedule of the project.

Facilities & Maintenance

Budget Estimation

During this process a custom detailed cost estimate for the entire project is built and created, establishing the baseline control budget. Throughout the preconstruction design phases, the budget is managed and to avoid cost overruns.

Hades performs construction project feasibility studies to assess the viability of your project. Feasibility studies are typically used to determine the likelihood of a project's success and can influence an owner or investors decision to acquire a property. From cost assessments to determining the most likely project duration, Hades can assist any owner or investor throughout the acquisition process.
