- Published rate schedule — one CSI-coded rate sheet across 50+ CSI-coded trades, updated annually.
- Written estimate first on any work expected to exceed $1,500 — no open-ended invoices.
- Materials at cost plus reasonable overhead & profit, documented with receipts.
- 90-day workmanship warranty on every service call.
- After-hours & emergency coverage available at 1.5x standard rates.
- Simple billing — residential due on completion; commercial Net 15.

We're enrolling qualified service providers in every trade to perform service calls under Hades as prime contractor. We handle the client, the dispatch, and the billing — you do the work.
- No enrollment fee — once verified, you're activated for dispatch in your trade and service area.
- 4-hour minimum per call, travel time included — no eating the drive.
- Published service provider rates for all CSI-coded trades; materials reimbursed per the master agreement.
- Paid Net 30 on approved invoices, referenced to your work order.
- Cancellation compensation — flat fee paid when confirmed calls cancel inside 24 hours.
- Active CSLB license showing your trade classification
- COI — GL $1M/$2M, commercial auto, workers' comp, naming Hades Construction Inc. as additional insured
- W-9, primary dispatch contact, and service area
