At Hades Construction, people are our most important asset. It is our strongest desire that everyone goes home safe and healthy every day. The company safety and health program have a complete and total management support from every level. We will make every effort to ensure the safety of our employees at all of our facilities.
The responsibility for the safety and health program ranges from the most senior executive to the newest employee.
Even if it is their first day on the job, they have the power, and the responsibility, to stop work if they believe safety may be compromised. Safety is a cooperative effort of all employees to identify and eliminate hazards in the workplace.
Our safety program is based on three simple principles:

- Protection from Hazards
At Hades we are dedicated to the elimination of accidents and their associated consequences by preventing, removing and mitigating unsafe practices, conditions, and habits and by responding properly to challenging situations. Rather than simply reacting to incidents and correcting contributing factors, Our team stays proactive to prevent them from happening. We promote our Environmental Health and Safety program as a corporate culture that ensures a safe work environment for all Hades Construction employees and subcontractors.
