COMPLEX STRUCTURES. STRONGER COMMUNITIES.

Targeting up to 5% of annual profits reinvested into the communities we serve.

"While many companies contribute to organizations and charities, we do so with deliberate intention and a focus on meaningful impact."

At Hades Construction, building extends far beyond the jobsite — it includes strengthening the communities we serve.

As part of our commitment to community impact, Hades Construction designates a portion of its annual profits, targeted at up to 5%, to support charitable and community-focused initiatives, subject to company performance and strategic priorities.

In addition to financial contributions, we actively invest our time, expertise, and resources into the neighborhoods we serve. From supporting local causes and participating in community initiatives, to improving shared spaces and contributing to housing efforts for those in need, our involvement is both hands-on and long-term.

We believe that everyone has something to give — whether through time, resources, or skill. By combining meaningful action with a measured commitment, we help strengthen our communities and create a lasting impact that extends far beyond the completion of any project.

Coptic Orphans

Help Us Expand Our Impact

Every child deserves the opportunity to grow with dignity, guidance, and hope.

Coptic Orphans works to transform the lives of vulnerable fatherless children across Egypt by providing access to quality education, healthcare, character development, and long-term support—rooted in the local church and surrounding community.

Through programs that strengthen children, families, and entire villages, their mission creates lasting opportunity for the next generation.

We have committed to contributing up to $10,000 annually to support this effort.

To reach this goal, we invite you to join us.

Your support helps provide:

  • Access to education
  • Essential healthcare
  • Mentorship and life guidance
  • Long-term, community-based support

Every contribution directly supports programs that create stability, opportunity, and hope.

The Teen Project

The Teen Project is a Southern California nonprofit helping young women who have survived human trafficking, homelessness, and the foster care system. Through safe housing, drug treatment, psychotherapy, and access to higher education, they provide a path toward sobriety, stability, and a real chance at life.

Their programs include crisis residential treatment, recovery sanctuaries, college housing, and outpatient support — addressing everything from mental health care and job training to savings plans and long-term case management. The Teen Project serves as a parent to the parentless, meeting young women where they are and walking with them toward lasting transformation.

Hades Construction is proud to support The Teen Project through both financial contributions and hands-on involvement, including the construction of a new kitchen for one of their facilities.

"So grateful to Hades Construction for our beautiful new kitchen and your contribution to our mission." — Lauri L. Burns (CEO at The Teen Project)

Webelos Scout Lecture

Hades Construction provided a seminar to (10) Webelos Scouts, currently in 5th grade, together with their Den Leader Yumi Ashida and Jenny Taylor. Not only the scouts, but also their parents, learned the process and development of commercial and residential construction — from Pre-Construction to Post-Construction.

This outreach is truly enjoyable and fun. We're able to impart our professional knowledge in this industry. Having to share with these kids the experiences in a profession we have chosen and make them interested to learn more about it is an achievement to us. Who knows, one of these kids, if not all of them, could be our future leader someday.

School Brigade

With our aim to help our community, we thought, why not extend our reach to help communities overseas? Philippines Department of Education (DepEd) has an annual school maintenance activity called "Brigada Eskwela" (School Brigade) with the theme "Matatag na Bayan para sa Maunlad na Paaralan" (Strong Town for the Advancement of School).

It aims to bring together all education stakeholders to participate and contribute their time, effort, and resources to prepare public school facilities for the opening of the school year in June 2019. Clean classrooms, well-maintained learning tools, and complete school supplies inspire students to go to school, study hard and persevere to reach their dreams.

Hades Construction granted the 2nd grade class at Heritage Homes Elementary School a printer to use in the classroom. This will help the students with their homework and class/school activities.
