His interest in construction began in 2011, when he started acquiring and renovating residential properties as part of a real estate venture during a challenging economic period—an experience that laid the foundation for his deep understanding of both construction and investment value.
After four years of hands-on development work, Peter formally entered the construction industry, working with a General Contractor specializing in restaurant builds throughout Los Angeles, where he collaborated closely with his brother, Beshoy. This period sharpened his expertise in fast-paced commercial construction, coordination across trades, and high-quality execution under demanding timelines.
In 2018, Peter joined Hades Construction at its inception, serving as one of the company’s founding superintendents. His comprehensive knowledge of all construction subtrades, combined with his leadership in field operations, has been instrumental in delivering complex projects—most notably the Dr. Ying Peng Medical Office in Mission Viejo, where his precision and oversight ensured exceptional results.
Through consistent performance, leadership, and a deep commitment to excellence, Peter advanced into the role of Senior Project Manager, where he now oversees projects from preconstruction through completion—driving coordination, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring every project aligns with Hades Construction’s reputation for precision, efficiency, and elevated execution.
