Bavly Gergs Sahioun is a Construction Associate in Training at Hades Construction Inc., where he supports project coordination, field operations, documentation, and construction planning while gaining hands-on experience across the company’s design-build projects.
Bavly is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering at California State University, Northridge, with an anticipated graduation in 2027. His academic background includes surveying, structural analysis, soil mechanics, concrete and steel design, foundations, construction management, and mechanics of materials. He also brings working knowledge of AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Excel, and Primavera P6.
Before joining Hades Construction, Bavly gained leadership and project-management experience by coordinating teams, assigning responsibilities, supporting training, and helping maintain quality standards. His background in customer service and community volunteer work has further strengthened his communication, organization, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
