Beshoy is the founder and president of Hades Construction.
He grew his passion for design and construction at a very early age. Being exposed to construction in his family’s real estate development and hospitality business in Egypt, he knew this was something he would always do. After completing his early education, he attended architectural engineering and environmental design school, all while working with his family’s business.
He eventually relocated to the U.S. to complete his education in construction management and pursue a career in this field. During this time, he was immediately hired as a project manager by a premier educational facilities contractor who specialized in the construction of schools. He later moved into retail construction with Forever 21, where he was involved in building the corporate headquarters on Broadway, Forever 21 rooftop solar system. In addition, he was involved in the procurement and construction of more than 100 stores per year for over 3 years, gaining valuable experience as a project manager.
Then early on 2014, he joined a well-established restaurant builder in the greater Los Angeles area. During this time, he worked on high profile projects such as XOC Tequila Grill, Superba Food + Bread, Jamba Juice old town Pasadena and multiple other projects until 2018. More recently in March 2018, Beshoy decided it was time to venture in his own and founded Hades Construction. Under Hades Construction he has built for Fashion Nova, Lore Group, Rock & Reilly’s, Gra Pizza, American Homes, Frank’s Development, Laurel Canyon Investors, and Simone Restaurant to name a few.
