Beshoy Farag is the Founder and President of Hades Construction, a design-build firm recognized for delivering high-end residential, commercial, and hospitality projects throughout Southern California.
From an early age, Beshoy developed a deep passion for design and construction, influenced by his family’s real estate development and hospitality business in Egypt. Immersed in the industry from a young age, he quickly recognized that building would be his lifelong pursuit. He went on to study architectural engineering and environmental design while actively contributing to his family’s business, gaining both academic and hands-on experience.
Driven to expand his expertise, Beshoy relocated to the United States to complete his education in construction management and begin his professional career. He was quickly hired as a Project Manager by a leading educational facilities contractor, where he played a key role in the construction of schools. He later transitioned into retail construction with Forever 21, contributing to major projects including the company’s corporate headquarters on Broadway and its rooftop solar system. During this time, he was also involved in the procurement and construction of over 100 stores annually for more than three years, sharpening his skills in large-scale project delivery and operational efficiency.
In early 2014, Beshoy joined a well-established restaurant construction firm in the Greater Los Angeles area, where he led and contributed to high-profile hospitality projects such as XOC Tequila Grill, Superba Food + Bread, and Jamba Juice in Old Town Pasadena, among many others. These experiences further refined his expertise in complex, design-driven environments.
In March 2018, Beshoy founded Hades Construction with a clear vision: to create a company built on uncompromising quality, disciplined execution, and a relentless commitment to excellence. Under his leadership, the firm has delivered projects for notable clients including Fashion Nova, Lore Group, Rock & Reilly’s, Gra Pizza, American Homes, Frank’s Development, Laurel Canyon Investors, Simone Restaurant, Barry’s Bootcamp, Hi Tops, Cafe de Leche, and Teddy’s Tacos, among others.
Beyond construction, Beshoy is deeply committed to building stronger communities. He believes that success carries a responsibility to give back, and actively leads initiatives that invest in local causes, charitable organizations, and community development efforts. His approach combines craftsmanship with purpose—ensuring that every project not only meets the highest standards of quality but also contributes to a broader, lasting impact.
