Second House

This winter, the office completed Second House, a 1,500-square-foot home in Culver City on an extremely tight site behind an existing residence. An intricate aggregation of interior and exterior volumes, the house borrows from the steeply pitched rooflines of the front house while turning inward around a private, central courtyard.
